I feel the same. Two days ago I discovered FX Photo Editor for android, and I've been stamping my pictures with pink bows, flowers, and mustaches ever since.
It also has a lot of filters to make your pictures glow.
Oooh. Warm and fuzzy. It just needs a mustache.
Before.
Best of all it's free. There is a pro version, but I honestly I think the free version gives you a surplus amount of options.
What are some awesome apps (photo editing or otherwise) that you've found for android?
I studied in London. I made new friends. I reconnected with old ones. I caught up on A Game of Thrones (just the HBO series, not yet on the books). I finished The Hunger Games trilogy. I landed my first internship.
With all that's happened, there is still a lot to be desired. There is a lot that I feel I must prove to myself: prove that I am good enough to be what I want to be; prove that I am good enough to get where I want to go. I want so much. I want to be more positive. I want good grades. Shoot, I want to complete my Fruits Basket manga collection.
Transitions are a difficult thing. They can be painful, but they are an opportunity to make your life better.
Hi everyone! This is a quick outfit of the day. Most of these items are thrifted or gifted. Remember fashion doesn't have to empty your wallet! Thrift stores are a great way to find affordable spring trends.
Top:
Sheer Emerald Blouse -- Goodwill (3.99)
Bottom
Indigo Skinny Jeans -- Forever21 (10.80)
Bow Flats -- ?? (these are very old)
I wanted to do a bright, orange makeup today since the weather has been incredibly beautiful in Seattle this week!
When putting this look together, I pretty much followed Jen from From Head to Toe's tangerine look she recently posted on her YouTube channel. I opted for a more pinky lip instead of the orange lip Jen uses. Naturally, I used different products than she does.
Here is Jen's awesome tangerine makeup tutorial:
PRODUCTS I USED:
FACE
Neutrogena Healthy Skin Foundation -- Nude
Revlon PhotoReady Concealer -- Light Medium
L'oreal True Match Powder -- W4 Natural Beige
NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder -- Sunny
Peach Blush from a Sephora Pallet
EYES
Maybelline Color Tattoo -- Fierce & Tangy
Wet n Wild -- Flora pallet (matte orange shade)
Wet n Wild -- Vanity pallet (matte brown, bottom left shade)
Wet n Wild -- Greed pallet (light pinks, top left & middle right shades)
Milani Liguif'eye -- Black
Almay One Coat Get Up & Grow Mascara -- Blackest Black
LIPS
Wet n Wild Matte Lipstick -- 907C
I also started an Instagram profile, which I will use to post pictures of makeup looks, outfits of the day, and random beauty finds I find are interesting. :)
My username is shadyshine.
What's your opinion on orange makeup? Also, what do you guys think of Instagram? Love it? Hate it? Religiously use is?
The other day I stopped by my local Bartell Drugs (the closet drug store to where I live) and I saw these limited edition Wet n Wild products: Flora Collection & Fauna Collection. Needless to say I was excited by the colorful shades in each eyeshadow trio and pleasantly surprised by the number of items in the kit for only $4.99.
Here's a closer look (these pictures were taken on my phone):
Here's the back:
I also picked up the soon to be discontinued Coloricon Pallets: Lust, Pride, Vanity, and Greed. In the past, I have tried the Greed and Vanity pallet and they are my go to pallets for a daily look. Matte eyeshadows are something I am a big fan of so I thought it would be wise to purchase some more of these gems before they are gone.
Swatches, reviews, and makeup looks to come! :)
If you have picked up these limited edition collections, what do you think of them? Are they worth the $4.99? Also what are your favorite wet n wild products?
